Accepted orders are hand-delivered and set up in St. Louis County, Missouri. A destination outside the county is considered case by case and must be identified with its travel terms in the written quotation.

Pickup is available only by confirmed appointment when the approved quotation lists a pickup location, date, and time window. We do not ship floral orders by mail, parcel service, or common carrier.

We review the event date, location, requested pieces, and fulfillment needs. If the request is a fit and the date is available, the next step is a written quotation that defines the scope, total USD price, payment deadline, and applicable terms.

A published fixed price applies only to the scope shown on that service page. Multiple pieces, expanded quantities, venue-specific work, delivery, setup, rentals, travel, tax, and approved additions are itemized in a custom USD quotation before approval and payment.

Unless a written quotation states otherwise, the full approved amount is due by the deadline in that quotation and before sourcing, design work, delivery, setup, pickup, or release of the florals. This website currently collects inquiries, not card details.

Flowers are natural, seasonal, and subject to supply. When needed, a flower, foliage, vessel, ribbon, or material may be replaced with an option of comparable style, color family, value, and quality, as described in the service terms.

Share the event date, venue or delivery city, event type, floral pieces and approximate quantities, guest-count range, palette, setup needs, and any priorities or constraints. A floral budget range is optional but can help define a workable scope.
