These terms explain how the website and custom floral services work. Published fixed prices apply to the scope shown; custom work is itemized and priced in USD in a written quotation. Any Stripe payment request must match the quotation you approved.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of belleoftheballbouquets.com and Belle Bouquets LLC's wedding and event floral services. By using the website, submitting an inquiry, using a published fixed-price checkout, approving a proposal, making a payment, or accepting services, you agree to these terms and the published or written scope for your order.
If these terms conflict with an approved quotation for a specific event, the quotation controls only when it clearly identifies the event-specific change before approval and payment. Otherwise, these public terms control.
Services
Belle Bouquets provides custom floral design for weddings, receptions, ceremonies, and special occasions. Services may include consultations, design planning, bouquets, personal flowers, ceremony arrangements, reception arrangements, delivery, setup, and related floral services as described on the product page or in the proposal.
Each published fixed price applies to one item and the scope shown with that service. Its Stripe Payment Link fixes the item, quantity, currency, and USD amount. Any additional pieces, quantities, delivery, setup, substitutions, taxes, or add-ons require separate written confirmation and pricing.
Custom-quoted work has no single public price and may total more or less than a listed fixed-price service because its scope is different. The quotation identifies the custom work, quantities, fulfillment charges, and total price in USD before approval and payment.
Quotes, proposals, and order confirmation
Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or require payment. We may decline a request if we are unavailable, if the requested scope is outside our services, or if the request cannot be fulfilled responsibly.
For a published fixed-price item, confirm date availability before paying. Stripe collects the event date, location, contact, and billing details. The order is confirmed after payment is received and Belle Bouquets confirms the recorded fulfillment details. If we cannot accept the requested date or location, we will cancel and refund the fixed-price payment in full.
For custom work, we send a written quotation describing the scope, total price in USD, payment deadline, delivery or pickup details, cancellation terms, substitution notes, and venue requirements. A custom order is confirmed after you approve that quotation and the required payment is received.
Company status and operational address
Belle Bouquets LLC is organized as a Wyoming limited liability company. Its state of formation is Wyoming.
10227 Whitlock Dr, Overland, MO 63114, USA is the company's operational and customer-service address. Publishing or using this Missouri address does not change the company's Wyoming formation jurisdiction.
Payments
A published fixed-price item is paid through its live Stripe Payment Link. For custom work, unless the written quotation states otherwise, the full approved amount is due through a Stripe-hosted payment page by the deadline shown in the quotation and before sourcing, design work, delivery, setup, pickup, or release of the florals.
The description and total amount in a Stripe-hosted payment request for custom work must match the latest written quotation you approved. A changed scope or total requires a revised written quotation and your approval before an additional or replacement payment is requested.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. An order is not confirmed, and work does not begin, until the required payment is received.
Changes and substitutions
Flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable. Exact color, size, shape, variety, and availability can vary. We may substitute flowers, foliage, vessels, ribbons, or materials of similar style, color family, value, and quality when needed due to seasonality, supply, weather, shipping disruptions, or other conditions outside our control.
Requested changes after approval are considered when possible and may change pricing, timing, design, quantities, or availability. Significant changes close to the event date may not be possible.
Delivery, setup, pickup, and venue access
Belle Bouquets provides local hand delivery and setup for accepted orders in St. Louis County, Missouri. We do not ship floral orders by mail or common carrier. Destinations outside St. Louis County may be accepted case by case only when the written quotation identifies the destination and travel terms.
The quotation states the scheduled fulfillment date, delivery or setup window, address, recipient or venue contact, access requirements, and whether customer pickup is available. Pickup is offered only by appointment when a pickup location and time window appear in the quotation.
All required taxes and delivery, setup, travel, parking, venue-access, rental, teardown, rush, waiting, redelivery, and add-on charges are itemized in USD before approval and payment. A required fulfillment charge not listed in the approved quotation will not be added later. Customer-requested changes or costs caused by inaccurate information or unavailable access require written notice and approval before an additional charge is collected.
Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate event, venue, contact, billing, and delivery information.
- Review the published product scope or custom proposal carefully and ask questions before payment.
- Make payments by the stated deadlines.
- Tell us promptly about changes to date, time, location, venue rules, guest counts, floral counts, or design priorities.
- Use the website and services only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with website security or operation.
Refunds, cancellations, and fulfillment
The Refund, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy publishes the baseline cancellation schedule, approved-refund timing, event-day issue process, delivery area, pickup rules, and fulfillment-fee disclosure that apply to each order.
A quotation may change those baseline terms only when it clearly identifies the change before approval and payment. Because custom floral work involves allocated labor, planning time, perishable products, and advance ordering, the refund percentage decreases as the scheduled fulfillment date approaches.
Intellectual property
The website, logo, branding, written content, layout, and original design materials belong to Belle Bouquets or its licensors and may not be copied, scraped, reproduced, resold, or used to imply endorsement without permission.
You may save or share proposal materials solely for planning your event with your venue, planner, wedding party, or other event professionals involved in your order.
Photos and portfolio use
We may photograph finished floral work for records, quality control, portfolio, website, social media, or marketing use. We will avoid intentionally publishing private customer contact information.
If your event has specific privacy or media restrictions, please tell us in writing before the event so the request can be addressed in the proposal.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. Floral products are natural and perishable, and results may vary from inspiration photos or prior work. We do not guarantee exact stem varieties, shades, sizes, or long-term freshness after delivery or pickup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle Bouquets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a confirmed order is limited to the amount you paid for the portion of services giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closure, road closures, supply-chain disruption, illness, labor disruption, accidents, government action, power or internet outages, or other emergencies.
When a disruption occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate and find a practical solution.
Disputes and governing law
If a billing concern arises, contact hello@belleoftheballbouquets.com or +1 (636) 324-1107 within seven calendar days after noticing it and include the customer name, event date, charge date and amount, and a description of the concern. We aim to acknowledge a billing concern within two business days and provide a substantive response within five business days after receiving the information needed to investigate.
Contacting us does not waive any right available under applicable law or a card network's rules. It gives us an opportunity to review the quotation, payment, fulfillment records, and requested resolution promptly.
These Terms and contractual matters arising from them or an order are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain applicable. Any court proceeding that cannot be resolved informally must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires another forum.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and changing the Last Updated date. The version in effect when you approve a proposal applies to that order unless the proposal states otherwise.
Continued use of the website after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms for future website use and future orders.

Belle Bouquets LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. 10227 Whitlock Dr, Overland, MO 63114, USA is its operational and customer-service address, not its state of formation. Wyoming law governs contractual matters as stated in the Terms of Service, while mandatory privacy, consumer-protection, and other nonwaivable laws remain applicable. These public policies are the baseline terms for the website and floral services. A written quotation may add event-specific scope, pricing, timing, or different terms only when the change is clearly disclosed and approved before payment. After payment, the terms may change only by mutual written agreement or as required by law.
